Kris Burleson has 24 years in Multifamily, expanding markets, building high-performing Teams, and driving revenue. Before co-founding SwiftTalent Partners, he was Director of Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Vice President of New Market Development, and Vice President of Business Development at two multifamily staffing firms and a General Contractor company. In these roles, he delivered strategies that helped companies scale, compete, and strengthen Teams.
Beyond his professional work, Kris has shaped the Austin Apartment Association community for over 20 years as a supplier member, serving multiple terms on the Board of Directors, including 1st Vice President and Executive Board member (2022–2024). His leadership as a committee member, chair, and two-time Supplier of the Year (2011, 2023) set benchmarks of excellence. Kris also contributes to the Texas Apartment Association, National Apartment Association, and Texas Suppliers Council.
A graduate of Texas Tech University and the Austin Apartment Association's Inaugural Leadership Lyceum, Kris brings academic grounding and strong community roots to all he does. When not working, he spends time with his wife Nikki, their daughter Ava, and enjoys traveling, golfing, reading, watching sports, and making memories with family and friends.

Co-Founder & CEO
Nikki brings 20 years of Multifamily experience in sales, operations, and executive leadership. She co-founded SwiftTalent Partners with a simple belief: the right talent on the right Team changes lives.
Before SwiftTalent Partners, Nikki held leadership roles at two Multifamily staffing firms, progressing from Sales to Regional VP of Sales and Operations, and Training. She launched targeted strategies that increased revenue, improved performance, and enabled Teams to exceed growth targets. Her impact previously earned her Leader of the Year and President’s Club honors.
A proud Austin Apartment Association member and Inaugural Leadership Lyceum graduate, Nikki is deeply rooted in the Multifamily community. Her greatest passion is making connections, matching the right candidate with the right Team, and knowing it makes a difference.
When she is not working, Nikki enjoys time with her husband, Kris, and embraces every chance to travel and make memories. She loves golfing, dancing, hot yoga, organizing, and relaxing on the patio. Most of all, she treasures time with her daughter, family, and friends.
